Refund eligibility
Because the ebook is delivered immediately as digital content, purchases are generally final once access or download begins. This does not limit rights required by applicable law. A refund may be considered when a verified technical problem prevents or unreasonably delays delivery and cannot be resolved.
Requests and processing
Refund requests are reviewed case by case through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and may issue refunds at its discretion. Use the Help option associated with your checkout, receipt, or order and include the email address and order number used for the purchase. You may also contact support@mindundercontrol.online. Approved refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on the original payment method.
